Summary

Most malignancies showed negativity or weak nuclear staining but moderate to strong cytoplasmic staining occurred frequently. Strong cytoplasmic staining was observed in malignant melanomas and in carcinomas of the testis, colon and ovary.Distinct immunoreactivity was observed in a majority of malignant melanomas and seminomas in the testis. The remaining tumors were negative with the exception for occasional positive cases.
