Summary

Cancer tissues displayed weak to moderate nuclear staining with additional cytoplasmic and membranous positivity in few tissues. Thyroid carcinomas along with rare case of lymphoma, lung, urothelial, pancreas and liver cancers were strongly stained. Several cases of melanomas, testicular and renal cancers were negative.Cancer tissues showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic staining with additional nuclear positivity in several cases. Thyroid cancers displayed strong nuclear and cytoplasmic positivity. A majority of colorectal cancers along with a few cases of melanomas, liver, pancreas and lung cancers displayed strong cytoplasmic immunoreactivity. Most cancer cells showed moderate to strong cytoplasmic with additional nuclear and/or membranous immunoreactivity in several cases. Several lymphomas, melanomas and prostate cancers were weakly stained or negative.
