Summary

Most tumour cells showed moderate cytoplasmic staining. Several lymphomas and prostate cancers as well as cases of ductal breast carcinomas, hepatocellular, colorectal and ovarian cancers displayed strong positivity. A majority of gliomas, gastric, renal, testicular and skin cancers were weakly stained or negative.Tumour tissues displayed moderate to strong cytoplasmic staining in a granular pattern. Several cases of testicular cancers were negative. Most of the tumour tissues showed moderate to strong cytoplasmic positivity. Many lymphomas, gliomas, melanomas, lung and testis cancers were in general weakly stained or negative.
