Summary

Cancer tissues displayed moderate to strong cytoplasmic staining. Several cases of lymphomas, skin, renal, pancreatic and prostate cancers were weakly stained or negative.Few cases of cholangiocarcinomas, papillary adenocarcinomas of thyroid, fraction of tumor cells in endometrial cancers, gliomas, melanomas, ovarian, urothelial and lung cancers showed moderate to strong cytoplasmic staining, often with a granular pattern. A single case of duct carcinoma of breast displayed strong cytoplasmic and membranous staining while few cases of skin cancers exhibited moderate positivity. Remaining cancer tissues were weakly stained or negative.
