Summary

Strong cytoplasmic immunoreactivity was observed in endometrial cancers and in a few cases of colorectal, stomach, ovarian, cervical and liver cancers. Most other tumors were negative. Most of the adenocarcinomas, renal and liver cancers showed moderate to strong cytoplasmic and membranous immunoreactivity. Remaining malignancies were generally negative. Several or most cases of the majority of carcinomas displayed moderate to strong cytoplasmic positivity. Malignant gliomas, lymphomas, melanomas along with thyroid, skin, breast and prostate cancers were mainly negative.
