Summary

Malignant cells exhibited weak to moderate immunoreactivity. Several cases of liver, colorectal and prostate cancers showed strong granular cytoplasmic staining. Many cases of malignant gliomas, cervical and skin cancers were negative. Most malignant cells showed moderate cytoplasmic and occasional nuclear staining. Thyroid cancers and several cases of hepatocellular carcinomas, colorectal and ovarian cancers displayed strong staining. Malignant lymphomas, urothelial cancers and squamous cell carcinomas often displayed nuclear immunoreactivity.
