Summary

Several cases of urothelial cancers and squamous cell carcinomas along with a few cases of gliomas, endometrial, prostate and testicular cancers showed moderate to strong cytoplasmic positivity. Remaining cancer tissues were negative. Most squamous cell carcinomas and several cases of urothelial cancers exhibited moderate to strong cytoplasmic immunoreactivity. A few cases of melanomas, endometrial cancers and testicular embryonal cancers showed moderate staining. Cancer cells in general were negative. Most squamous cells carcinomas and urothelial cancers showed strong cytoplasmic and nuclear immunoreactivity. Moderate to strong positivity was observed in several melanomas, testicular, colorectal and gastric cancers as well as small fractions of cases the most of the remaining cancers. Gliomas, lymphomas, breast, prostate, ovarian, renal and liver cancers were generally negative.
