Summary

Cancer tissues showed moderate cytoplasmic with occasional membranous staining. Many pancreatic cancers along with a few cases of colorectal, ovarian, urothelial and stomach cancers were strongly stained. Several hepatocellular carcinomas, gliomas, lymphomas and cervical cancers were either weakly stained or negative. Most of the cancer cells displayed moderate cytoplasmic positivity. Additional membranous staining was observed in several cases of colorectal cancers along with a few cases of prostate, pancreatic and ovarian cancers. A few non-Hodgkins lymphomas, prostate, breast, colorectal and urothelial cancers were strongly stained. Many liver and pancreatic cancers were negative.
