Summary

A few pancreatic cancers and one case of melanoma displayed moderate to strong cytoplasmic staining. Remaining tumor cells were negative. Most malignant cells showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic and nuclear immunoreactivity. A few cases of malignant melanomas, colorectal and liver cancers were strongly positive.Moderate cytoplasmic and nuclear staining was observed in most malignancies. A majority of malignant gliomas showed strong nuclear staining while squamous cell carcinomas in skin were weakly stained.
