Thyroid malignancies showed moderate cytoplasmic and nuclear staining. Most thyroid and hepatocellular carcinomas and a few cases of stomach, pancreatic, ovarian and cervical cancers exhibited moderate to strong cytoplasmic immunoreactivity. The remaining tumors were mainly negative.
