Summary

Malignant cells generally showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic and nuclear staining. A few testicular cancers and malignant melanomas showed strong nuclear positivity. Several malignant gliomas, malignant lymphomas, prostate and renal cancers were negative.Most malignant tissues showed moderate staining. Malignant gliomas, malignant lymphomas, endometrial, cervical and colorectal cancers showed weak staining or were negative.
