Summary

Urothelial cancers and a majority of squamous cell carcinomas and breast cancers showed moderate cytoplasmic positivity. Several malignant melanomas, endometrial and pancreatic cancers displayed moderate cytoplasmic staining. Remaining normal cells were in general weakly stained or negative. Cases of squamous cell and basal cell carcinomas as well as cases of urothelial cancer showed moderate to strong cytoplasmic positivity. Remaining malignant tissues were generally negative. Most malignancies were negative. Malignant melanomas and few cases of breast, thyroid, testis and liver cancer showed moderate cytoplasmic positivity.
