Summary

Weak to moderate cytoplasmic immunoreactivity was observed in most cancer tissues. Lymphomas, several squamous cell carcinomas and few renal cancers were negative.A subset of tumor cells in few cases of endometrial cancers and papillary adenocarcionomas of thyroid showed moderate nuclear staining. Several cases of gliomas along with head and neck cancers displayed weak positivity. A single case each of seminoma and urothelial cancer exhibited strong immunoreactivity. Remaining cancer tissues were negative.Thyroid cancers, several cases of colorectal pancreas and prostate cancers along with few cases of melanomas, duct carcinomas of breast, ovary, endometrial, liver and stomach cancers showed moderate positivity. Remaining cancer tissues were weakly stained or negative.
