Summary

Most colorectal and urothelial cancers and several breast, prostate, ovarian and thyroid cancers showed moderate cytoplasmic and/or nuclear positivity. Remaining malignancies were weakly stained or negative. Most malignant tissue displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic immunoreactivity with additional nuclear staining in a few cases. Colorectal and urothelial cancers displayed moderate to strong positivity. Testicular and urothelial cancers generally exhibited moderate cytoplasmic immunoreactivity while most malignant gliomas, colorectal, skin, liver, pancreatic and gastric cancers were weakly stained. The remaining tumors were mainly negative.
