Summary

Most malignancies showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic positivity. Distinct staining was observed in tumor stroma. A few colorectal-, liver-, urothelial- and pancreatic cancers displayed weak cytoplasmic immunoreactivity. Remaining malignant cells were negative. Stromal cells and extra cellular material were distinctly stained in most malignancies. Moderate to strong cytoplasmic and/or membranous staining was observed in a fraction of cells in most cases of hepatocellular carcinomas, urothelia, renal, breast and ovarian cancers along with a few cases of most other malignancies. Most malignant cells were however in general weakly stained or negative.
