Summary

Most cancers exhibited moderate nuclear and occasional cytoplasmic positivity. Few urothelial along with rare colorectal, breast, ovarian, testis, renal and melanoma cancers showed strong positivity. Several cases of stomach, pancreatic and cervical cancers showed strong cytoplasmic/membranous and nuclear positivity.A majority of cancer cells were negative or showed weak nuclear staining. Some urothelial cancers, colorectal cancers and renal cancers showed moderate to strong staining.
