Summary

Most malignant cells showed moderate nuclear staining occasionally combined with cytoplasmic positivity. A few cases of breast and urothelial cancers among others showed strong positivity. Renal and endometrial cancers were negative in a majority of cases.Malignant tissues displayed weak to moderate nuclear immunoreactivity. A majority of malignant gliomas, basal cell carcinomas in skin, breast and prostate cancers showed strong nuclear staining.
