Summary

The majority of malignant cells showed moderate granular cytoplasmic immunoreactivity. Several prostate, ovarian and liver cancers were strongly stained. Most malignant melanomas, thyroid, testicular, lung and renal carcinomas were weakly stained or negative.Prostate and thyroid cancers along with several breast, ovarian and liver cancers showed moderate to strong cytoplasmic positivity. Colorectal and renal cancers were weakly stained or negative. Remaining malignancies were mainly weakly stained or negative and showed moderate staining in a few cases. Most malignant tissues showed moderate to strong cytoplasmic staining. Most renal cell carcinomas were weakly stained or negative.
