Summary

Cases of breast cancers showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic staining. Remaining cancers were generally negative.Several hepatocellular carcinomas, urothelial cancers and melanomas along with a few gliomas and colorectal cancers displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic and/or nuclear positivity. Cases of lung adenocarcinomas showed moderate to strong staining. Remaining cancers were negative. Most cancers showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic immunoreactivity. Carcinoids, liver, prostate and skin cancers along with most lymphomas, testicular and lung cancers were negative.A majority of malignant cells displayed moderate to strong cytoplasmic and nuclear immunoreactivity. Some squamous cell carcinomas were negative.
