Summary

Malignant cells were in general negative. A majority of gliomas showed moderate to strong cytoplasmic positivity.Several cases of gliomas displayed moderate to strong cytoplasmic staining. Moderate cytoplasmic positivity was observed in few cases of malignant melanomas with additional membranous staining in occasional colorectal cancers. Remaining cancer tissues were weakly stained or negative.Several cases of gliomas displayed moderate to strong cytoplasmic positivity. Few cases of melanoma showed moderate positivity. Remaining cancer tissues were negative.Several gliomas displayed strong cytoplasmic positivity. A few melanomas and a rare case of renal cancer were moderately stained. Remaining cancer cells were negative.Malignant cells were generally negative. Stroma and a fraction of cells in gliomas showed strong immunoreactivity.
