Summary

Strong and distinct cytoplamic/membraneous reaction in a varying fraction of all carcinoma types. No positivity in melanomas, gliomas, lymphomas or clear cell carcinoma of the kidney. Most malignancies showed moderate to strong cytoplasmic/membranous positivity. Malignant gliomas, lymphomas, testis renal and liver cancers were generally negative. Most cancer cells showed moderate to strong membranous and cytoplasmic immunoreactivity. Lymphomas and most gliomas were negative.Moderate to strong membranous staining, often accompanied with cytoplasmic positivity, was observed in most adenocarcinomas and squamous cell carcinomas. Strongest staining was found in urothelial cancers, while malignant gliomas, lymphomas and melanomas were negative.
