Summary

Melanomas showed moderate to strong cytoplasmic positivity. Moderate cytoplasmic immunoreactivity often combined with nucleolar staining was observed in several cases of colorectal, prostate, testicular, pancreatic and liver cancers. Membranous positivity was observed in a few cases.Other cancer tissues were weakly stained or negative. Most cancer tissues showed moderate to strong cytoplasmic with additional membranous positivity in some cases. Lymphomas and several cases of prostate cancers were negative.
