Summary

The cancer tissues expressed weak to moderate cytoplasmic staining. Strong immunoreactivity was seen in occasional cases of malignant melanomas, endometrial cancers, urothelial cancers and renal cancers. Most cancers showed a staining pattern similar to that seen in normal cells, weak to moderate cytoplasmic positivity. Membranous staining was mainly seen in adenocarcinomas. Malignant lymphomas were either weakly stained in cytoplasm or were negative.
