Summary

Strong cytoplasmic staining in most testicular cancers. generally weak to moderate cytoplasmic staining in several other malignancies. Virtually no staining in ovarian, cervical and skin cancers.Weak to moderate cytoplasmic staining, often combined with nuclear positivity, was observed in the majority of malignant cells. Most cases of skin cancers, malignant gliomas and carcinoids negative.
