Summary

Most squamous cell carcinomas, pancreatic and renal cancers as well as cases of cholangiocarcinomas, ovarian and urothelial carcinomas were distinctly stained. Remaining malignancies were generally negative.Squamous and urothelial carcinomas, melanomas and gliomas showed strong cytoplasmic positivity, while adenocarcinomas displayed a variable staining pattern.Malignant tissues generally displayed moderate to strong cytoplasmic and membranous immunoreactivity, often accompanied with nuclear staining. A majority of squamous cell carcinomas, cholangiocarcinomas and melanomas along with several cases of ovarian, endometrial, urothelial, renal and pancreatic cancers displayed moderate to strong cytoplasmic immunoreactivity. Most of the remaining cancer tissues were negative.
