Summary

Most malignancies showed moderate to strong cytoplasmic positivity. Basal cell carcinomas were weaker stained. Most of the malignant cells displayed moderate cytoplasmic positivity. Colorectal and breast cancers showed strong staining which also was observed in a few cases of liver and urothelial cancers. Malignant lymphomas were negative while skin cancers generally displayed weak immunoreactivity. Most malignant tissues showed moderate cytoplasmic positivity. Strong cytoplasmic staining was observed in a majority of colorectal and urothelial cancers but also in several cases of breast, liver and pancreatic cancers. Malignant lymphomas were mainly negative.
