Summary

The majority of malignancies displayed moderate to strong cytoplasmic and/or nuclear positivity. Membranous immunoreactivity was observed in several cases. Malignant gliomas, malignant lymphomas, testicular and most prostate cancers were weakly stained or negative. Strong staining of cytoplasm, nuclei and extracellular matrix in many cases of prostate, cervical, endometrial, renal and pancreatic cancers. Breast, thyroid and skin cancers, malignant gliomas, lymphomas and melanomas were negative. Weak to moderate in staining in several cases of other malignancies.A majority of malignant cells displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic and/or membranous staining. Several colorectal, renal ans gastric cancers were strongly stained while several malignant gliomas, lymphomas and testicular cancers were negative.
