Summary

Strong cytoplasmic positivity was observed in a few colon, endometrial and ovarian cancers. Cancer tissues in general displayed weak to moderate positivity. Nuclear positivity was also observed in a few cases. Most lymphomas and squamous cell carcinomas were negative. Several hepatocellular carcinomas, colorectal and stomach cancers showed moderate to strong cytoplasmic immunoreactivity. Additional membranous staining was exhibited in colorectal cancers along with a few pancreatic, stomach, urothelial, testicular and lung cancers. Remaining cancer tissues were negative.
