Summary

Moderate to strong cytoplasmic positivity was seen in most malignant cells. Malignant gliomas, lymphomas, prostate and testicular tumors were mainly negative or showed weak staining.Malignant cells generally showed moderate to strong cytoplasmic immunoreactivity. Prostate cancers, malignant gliomas and lymphomas as well as several cases of basal cell carcinomas, testicular and breast cancers were weakly stained or negative. Most of the malignant cells displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic positivity with additional membranous staining in some cases. A few cases of pancreatic cancers were strongly stained. Malignant gliomas and most cases of malignant lymphomas were negative.
