Summary

Most malignant tissues were negative, or displayed faint cytoplasmic immunoreactivity. A single case of malignant lymphomas was strongly stained. Malignant tissues demonstrated moderate to strong cytoplasmic positivity. Malignancies generally exhibited moderate to strong cytoplasmic positivity often accompanied with distinct nucleolar staining. Most malignant melanomas, malignant gliomas, prostate, skin, lung and testicular cancers were weakly stained or negative.
