Summary

Several cases of urothelial and squamous cell carcinomas and occasional cases of ovarian and gastric cancers exhibited moderate to strong cytoplasmic immunoreactivity. The remaining tumors were mainly negative. Most endometrial cancers and a few cases of colorectal, liver and thyroid cancers showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic immunoreactivity. The remaining tumors were generally negative.A majority of malignant cells were weakly stained or negative. Moderate to strong, often granular, cytoplasmic positivity was observed in colorectal, prostate, ovarian, cervical and renal cancers.
