Summary

Several of cases of colorectal, breast and prostate cancer displayed weak to moderate granular cytoplasmic immunoreactivity with additional nuclear positivity in urothelial cancers and squamous cell carcinomas. Two cases of squamous cell carcinoma of cervix showed strong staining. Remaining cancer tissues were negative. Most cancers showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic positivity with additional membranous positivity in many cases. Additional nuclear positivity was observed in squamous cell carcinomas. Cases of colorectal, endometrial, cervical, ovarian and lung cancers exhibited strong immunoreactivity. Lymphomas, renal cancers along with several cases of gliomas, melanomas and testicular cancers were negative.Cervical squamous cell carcinomas as well as cases of bladder cancers and squamous cell carcinomas in lung and skin displayed moderate to strong cytoplasmic and nuclear positivity. Remaining cancers were negative.
