Summary

Malignant tissues generally displayed moderate cytoplasmic and membranous positivity often combined with nucleolar staining. Colorectal cancers and a few cases of malignant melanomas, ovarian, pancreatic and liver cancers exhibited strong staining. A majority of malignant gliomas and renal cancers were weakly stained or negative.Few cases of colorectal, endometrial and hepatocellular carcinomas displayed weak to moderate membranous positivity. Remaining tumour cells were negative.
