Summary

Malignant cells displayed moderate to strong cytoplasmic staining with a granular pattern often combined with nuclear and/or membranous positivity. Most prostate and renal cancers as well as cases of malignant lymphomas and gliomas were weakly stained or negative. Most testicular cancers showed strong granular cytoplasmic positivity. Prostate cancers and several cases of colorectal, ovarian, endometrial and liver cancers showed moderate to strong cytoplasmic staining. Several breast cancers were moderately stained while the remaining malignant cells were weakly stained or negative.
