Summary

Most cancer cells displayed moderate nuclear positivity. Additional cytoplasmic staining was observed in several seminomas and renal cancers along with a few ovarian cancers and melanomas. Several urothelial cancers along with a few hepatocellular carcinomas, squamous cell carcinomas and breast cancers were strongly stained. Several lymphomas, gliomas and endometrial cancers were weakly stained or negative.Gliomas and several cases of melanomas exhibited moderate to strong cytoplasmic positivity. Several skin and testicular cancers along with few cases colorectal and lung cancers showed moderate cytoplasmic and/or nuclear positivity. Remaining cancer tissues were generally negative.
