Summary

Most of the tumour cells displayed moderate cytoplasmic and occasional nuclear/nucleolar positivity. Many cases of lymphomas, gliomas and testicular cancers were negative or weakly stained.Rare case of lung cancer displayed strong cytoplasmic and membranous positivity. Few cases of ovarian, endometrial, cervical, prostate, stomach and pancreatic cancers were moderately stained. Remaining cancer tissues were weakly stained or negative.Strong cytoplasmic immunoreactivity was observed in prostate cancer and several cases of ovarian and lung cancer. Skin and testicular cancers were mainly negative. Other tumours showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic positivity.
