Summary

Most adenocarcinomas showed moderate to strong luminal membranous positivity. Several ductal breast carcinomas showed distinct positivity while lobular cancers were negative. Remaining cancers were in general negative. Among malignancies, moderate to strong membranous and/or cytoplasmic immunoreactivity was displayed in pancreatic cancers along with several cases of colorectal, liver, breast and endometrial cancers. Remaining malignant cells were weakly stained or negative. Most tumors displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic immunoreactivity, often with luminal membranous staining. Most colorectal cancers along with several pancreatic, ovarian and endometrial cancers showed strong luminal membranous immunoreactivity.
