Summary

Most malignant cells were weakly stained or negative. A majority of malignant melanomas and several cases of malignant gliomas showed moderate cytoplasmic positivity. Moderate to strong cytoplasmic, often granular, immunoreactivity was observed in most malignant cells. Prostate cancers and some malignant melanomas, colorectal, endometrial and liver cancer showed strong positivity. Cases of malignant gliomas and lymphomas were negative.Prostate cancers as well as several cases of malignant melanomas, urothelial cancers and hepatocellular carcinomas were moderate to strongly stained. Remaining malignancies were generally negative.
