Summary

Cytoplasmic staining in most malignancies at variable intensity pending between negative and strong. Virtually no staining in malignant gliomas.A majority of malignant lymphomas and a few cases of testicular cancers displayed strong cytoplasmic staining. Colorectal, breast, ovarian and pancreatic cancers showed moderate cytoplasmic staining in several cases. Remaining malignancies were generally negative or weakly stained. Malignant tissues displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic immunoreactivity. Few cases of malignant lymphomas, colorectal and testicular cancers showed strong staining.
