Summary

Malignant tissues displayed strong immunoreactivity in tumor stroma. Strongest staining was observed in urothelial- and endometrial carcinomas. Cases of endometrial cancer showed moderate cytoplasmic positivity. Cancer stroma in eg colorectal, gastric and skin cancers were positive. Remaining malignancies were negative.Selected cases of breast, cervical, endometrial, skin, testis, urothelial, gastric, pancreatic and liver cancer showed moderate to strong cytoplasmic positivity. Remaining malignancies were weakly stained or negative.Moderate to strong cytoplasmic and membranous immunoreactivity was observed in several endometrial cancers. Fraction of tumor cells in few cases of testicular, urothelial and prostate cancers showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic and nuclear staining. Remaining cancer tissues were mostly negative.
