Summary

Malignant cells were generally negative. Several colorectal cancers and a few ovarian and renal cancers showed weak to moderate, often mucus related, cytoplasmic positivity.Weak to moderate cytoplasmic positivity, with cases of nuclear or membranous staining was seen in most malignant tissues. Strong membranous and cytoplasmic immunoreactivity was seen in cases of cholangiocarcinomas, colorectal, stomach and pancreatic cancers.Malignant cells were mainly negative. A few malignant melanomas exhibited distinct cytoplasmic immunoreactivity. Most malignant cells showed weak cytoplasmic positivity. Malignant gliomas and renal cancers showed moderate to strong positivity. Malignant melanoma thyroid, breast, ovarian and urothelial cancers were moderately stained in several cases.
