Summary

Several cases of thyroid and prostate cancers displayed strong cytoplasmic positivity while a majority of liver, endometrial, renal and ovarian cancers as well as several melanomas were moderately positive. Remaining cancer cells generally displayed weak staining or were negative. Most cancer tissues exhibited moderate cytoplasmic staining, with additional nuclear and membranous staining in a few cases. Few cases of endometrial cancers showed strong cytoplasmic and nuclear staining. Several cases of colorectal and ovarian cancers displayed moderate to strong cytoplasmic and membranous positivity. Several cases of gliomas, lymphomas and skin cancers were negative.
