Summary

Several cases of squamous cell carcinomas, urothelial and pancreatic cancers showed moderate to strong staining. All thyroid cancers and several cases of breast cancers and malignant gliomas displayed moderate positivity. Remaining malignant cells generally displayed weak nuclear staining or were negative. Most cancers showed moderate nuclear immunoreactivity. A few colorectal, breast and testicular cancers were strong stained. Strong membranous and nuclear positivity was observed in a few pancreatic cancers and cholangiocarcinomas. Malignant gliomas, melanomas, thyroid and renal cancers along with several malignant carcinoids and hepatocellular carcinomas were negative.
