Summary

Most tumour tissues showed moderate cytoplasmic and occasional membranous positivity.Colorectal, testicular, urothelial, prostate, ovarian, endometrial cancers along with several cases of breast, stomach and pancreatic cancers exhibited moderate to strong membranous with additional cytoplasmic positivity in some cases. Remaining cancer tissues were in general negative. Most cancer tissues displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic immunoreactivity. Several colorectal, few ovarian, prostate, breast and pancreatic cancers along with adenocarcinomas of cervix were strongly stained. Testicular, urothelial, renal and hepatocellular carcinomas were generally negative.
