Summary

Most malignant cells displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic immunoreactivity. Strong positivity was observed in several malignant melanomas, colorectal, breast and prostate cancers. Several malignant gliomas, testicular, renal, gastric, pancreatic and liver cancers were negative. Most breast cancers, skin cancers and several cases of malignant melanomas displayed moderate cytoplasmic and occasional membranous positivity. A few cases of malignant gliomas, liver, colorectal and testicular cancers displayed strong cytoplasmic staining. Remaining malignant cells were weakly stained or generally negative.
