Summary

Malignancies displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic and membranous immunoreactivity. Malignant glioma, prostate, endometrial and skin cancers showed cases with strong positivity. Renal cancers and malignant lymphomas were negative or weakly stained. Most malignant tissues exhibited moderate cytoplasmic and/or membranous positivity. Strong immunoreactivity was observed in several cases of malignant melanomas, endometrial, prostate, skin and urothelial cancers. Malignant lymphomas and gastric cancers were in general negative. Most malignancies showed moderate cytoplasmic staining often combined with membranous positivity. A majority of squamous cell carcinomas in skin and prostate cancers as well as several malignant melanomas, endometrial and lung cancers were strongly stained. Pancreatic cancers were weakly stained or negative.
