Summary

Most malignant tissues displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic positivity, with a granular pattern, often combined with nuclear staining. Cases of strong positivity was observed in malignant gliomas, melanomas and colorectal cancers. Most of the malignant cells displayed moderate to strong cytoplasmic positivity with a granular pattern. Thyroid cancers and a few cases of gliomas and renal cancers exhibited strong cytoplasmic immunoreactivity. Several lymphomas, lung and gastric cancers were weakly stained or negative.
