Summary

Cancer tissues displayed weak to moderate nuclear positivity with additional cytoplasmic staining in a few tissues. Membranous staining was observed in colorectal and ovarian cancers. Few cases of melanomas along with occasional cases of skin, testicular and colorectal cancers were strongly positive. Several cases of lymphomas, renal, liver and lung cancers were negative.Gliomas displayed moderate nuclear staining in a majority of cases. Remaining tumours were weakly stained or negative.
