Summary

Weak to moderate cytoplasmic staining, combined with cases of nuclear positivity was observed in most malignancies. Malignant gliomas and several malignant melanomas were negative. Malignant tissues exhibited nuclear and cytoplasmic staining of varying intensity. Cases of malignant lymphomas, ovarian, thyroid, lung and liver cancers displayed strong nuclear and/or cytoplasmic immunoreactivity. Testicular cancers were in general negative. Most other cancers were mainly weakly to moderately stained.A majority of malignant cells displayed moderate to strong nuclear and cytoplasmic positivity. Prostate and liver carcinomas were mainly negative.
