Summary

Several cases of adenocarcinomas of lung, carcinoids, gliomas and prostate cancers showed moderate to strong granular cytoplasmic staining. Several thyroid cancers along with a few cases of gliomas, duct carcinomas of breast, ovarian, skin, liver and renal cancers displayed weak to moderate staining. Remaining cancer tissues were negative. Most malignant cells were weakly stained or negative. Several colorectal cancers as well as a few cases of ovarian, liver and urothelial cancers displayed moderate immunoreactivity. Most of cancer tissues exhibited weak nuclear and/or cytoplasmic positivity. Thyroid cancers, few cases of carcinoid, breast and testis cancer displayed moderate staining. Majority of endometrial, liver, lung, renal, skin, stomach and pancreas cancers were negative.
